I already have a booking, it is possible to modify it?
It is possible to modify number of people or date accordingly to availability and to our cancellation policy:
Canceling a booking with Veditalia ACS srl entail some cancellation fees, applied by Veditalia ACS srl, as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
If you cancel at least 24 hour in advance, you will receive full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hour in adavnce, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
The refund will be made within 20 working days by crediting the credit card used.
