Description
2-hour walking tour to discover one of the most beautiful coastal city of Southern Italy
The tour will start with a walk in the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele, full of fashion shops and typical Italian restaurants.
Then we will be on our way to the medieval district, where you will admire impressive historical buildings and religious architecture through the narrow streets that remained unchanged.
The Cathedral of San Matteo dating back to the XI century and most important monument in the city, a masterpiece of Norman architecture.
Visit the Gardens of Minerva (tickets not included), a typical English garden full of exotic plants, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
Then you will reach the Monumental Complex of San Pietro a Corte, and you will have a lovely walk along the famous “Lungomare”, one of the most beautiful seafronts in Italy.

The Gardens of Minerva are closed on Mondays, admission ticket not included (€ 3,00)
The opening hours of the Monumental Complex of San Pietro a Corte may vary depending on the season.
Dress code: casual.
On a hot day wear a hat, to protect yourself from the sun, sunglasses and sunscreen are vividly suggested in summer.
Walking Tour, wear comfortable shoes, preferably with rubber soles.
